Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing Business Services Operations performance reviews and proactively address issues requiring resolution.
- Handle timely and accurate processing of Supplier Onboarding, Purchase Orders, purchase requests, and ServiceNow tickets.
- Provide high-quality service to address complex customer inquiries effectively.
- Identify and implement process efficiency improvements across departments, collaborating with Accounts Payable and Procurement teams.
- Engage in regional projects related to plant production, compliance, and localization initiatives.
- Maintain excellent stakeholder management through collaboration with global and regional partners.
About the Team
The Supplier Services team, part of the Business Service Operations unit, performs key finance-related operational and tactical tasks in cooperation with various business areas. The Purchasing Support team covers aspects of the Procure-to-Pay cycle for the LEGO organization in APAC and China, ensuring timely and accurate handling of purchase orders, adherence to procurement agreements, stewardship, compliance, and fraud risk mitigation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience as a Procurement or Purchasing Support Analyst.
- Proficiency in using SAP, Coupa, or comparable large ERP platforms, along with strong Excel skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong interest in data analysis.
- Capability to independently juggle multiple tasks and manage various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in collaborative work environments.
- Problem-solving skills coupled with relationship-building within Shared Service settings.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese, to effectively liaise with global, APAC, and China-based entities.
