Role Overview
As an HR-Payroll Senior Consultant, you will support clients in finance, accounting, controlling, HR payroll, and tax by offering expert advice and operational support both onsite and remotely. Positions are available in multiple German cities including Frankfurt (Main).
Key Responsibilities
- Independently prepare and manage payroll processing to help ensure smooth business operations.
- Engage with social security agencies and authorities, and assist with payroll and social security audits.
- Serve as a contact person to address questions related to payroll, social security, and tax law matters internally and externally.
- Collaborate with your team on HR reporting and personnel statistics documentation.
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in taxation, finance, accounting, or a relevant HR-related field.
- At least two years of professional experience in related areas.
- Proficiency preferred in DATEV LODAS and various payroll software solutions, as well as strong skills in MS Office.
- Attention to detail, self-motivation, commitment, adaptability, and openness to new challenges.
- Excellent teamwork, strong hands-on mentality, and effective communication skills.
- Willingness to travel, and fluent German and English communication skills, both spoken and written.
