Sales Trainer - Credit Card Department

Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Trainer specialized in the Credit Card department to join our team in Guwahati. The role involves conducting comprehensive training for new hires and ensuring productivity across teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead induction training sessions twice weekly, each batch comprising 40 to 50 new employees.
• Execute daily training assignments and maintain detailed reports on progress.
• Supervise and evaluate employee performance to uphold team efficiency.
• Be prepared for frequent travel to nearby regions, approximately 7 to 10 days per month.
• Leverage experience in direct sales, retail, or FMCG sectors for effective training delivery.
• Adapt quickly to changing conditions and manage diverse situations successfully.
• Utilize proficient Excel skills and excel in delivering PowerPoint presentations.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferably prior experience as a sales trainer, particularly in sales environments.
• Open to trainers from various domains who are eager to develop skills in sales training.
• Must hold a graduate degree in any specialization, including B.Tech, B.E., B.Sc, B.A., or B.Com.
