About the Role
Randstad India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking to urgently hire a Business Development Manager (BDM) for roles in Credit Card and Financial Services sectors. Positions are available across multiple locations including Guwahati, Nagaon, Lakhimpur, Tezpur, Itanagar, and Tripura. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to promote and market credit card products effectively.
- Identify and generate leads, striving for a high conversion ratio to new customers.
- Handle multiple customer interactions ensuring efficient communication and follow-ups.
- Assist and guide customers through the credit card application and approval process.
- Manage relationships with corporate salary account clients.
- Establish and nurture strong, lasting client connections that support business growth.
Qualifications and Experience
- Applicants must hold at least a graduate degree, with MBA preferred.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant sales experience, ideally within banking, financial services, or marketing arenas.
Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated success in sales with a robust track record in lead generation and closing deals.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation capabilities.
- Effective communication skills, fluent in both English and a regional language.
- Able to manage corporate clientele in a professional manner.
- Possession of a two-wheeler is compulsory to facilitate field activities.
