Candidate Profile
- Background in any sales discipline such as Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, Telecommunications, Banking, Insurance, Door-to-Door sales, customer retention, renovations, recruitment agencies, or related fields.
- Fluent English proficiency and readiness to relocate soon to Malta.
- Strong financial motivation and ambition for rapid career growth.

Compensation
- Remuneration consists of a base salary plus uncapped commissions paid monthly.
- Expected average earnings in the first year exceed €35,000, increasing to over €50,000 in the second year.
