Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate awareness of team service offerings and comprehend customer requests accurately.
• Analyze and generate reports using dashboards and established reporting formats.
• Interpret and understand financial and reporting data effectively.
• Gather and prepare relevant inputs and information from databases and other sources to support PwC's market competitiveness.
• Deliver industry-specific insights and conduct thorough analyses.
• Maintain and update recent data within CRM systems regularly.
• Execute projects following defined guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Uphold quality standards ensuring adherence to turnaround times.
• Incorporate feedback from quality reviews into deliverables.
• Suggest improvements and identify opportunities when challenges arise.
• Recognize areas for process enhancement and contribute to digital upskilling initiatives.
• Communicate confidently and clearly, both orally and in writing.

Work Schedule

Shift timings are either from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM or from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM.

Eligibility

Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
