Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate awareness of team service offerings and comprehend customer requests accurately.
- Analyze and generate reports using dashboards and established reporting formats.
- Interpret and understand financial and reporting data effectively.
- Gather and prepare relevant inputs and information from databases and other sources to support PwC's market competitiveness.
- Deliver industry-specific insights and conduct thorough analyses.
- Maintain and update recent data within CRM systems regularly.
- Execute projects following defined guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Uphold quality standards ensuring adherence to turnaround times.
- Incorporate feedback from quality reviews into deliverables.
- Suggest improvements and identify opportunities when challenges arise.
- Recognize areas for process enhancement and contribute to digital upskilling initiatives.
- Communicate confidently and clearly, both orally and in writing.
Work Schedule
Shift timings are either from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM or from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
Eligibility
Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
