About the Role
Liberty Immigration in Surrey, BC is currently seeking an organized and detail-focused Receptionist to join their onsite team. This pivotal position involves acting as the primary contact point for clients, handling incoming communications, managing appointments, and maintaining a professional front-office environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients in a courteous and professional manner at the front desk.
- Efficiently operate a multiline phone system, directing calls and responding to general inquiries.
- Coordinate scheduling of consultations and maintain office calendars using scheduling software.
- Handle receipt and sorting of mail, couriers, and securely manage sensitive client documents.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room throughout the workday.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of one year of demonstrated experience as a receptionist or in a front-desk customer-facing role.
- Background in professional environments such as law firms or immigration consultancies is advantageous.
- Proficient with office productivity tools, including G-Suite applications, Gmail, and calendar management.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, with a professional and empathetic phone manner.
