Job description
About the Role
This position is for a Real Estate Agent responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. The role includes listing and marketing properties, showing homes to prospective buyers, and negotiating sales agreements.
Job Location and Timing
The job is based in Pune, Maharashtra, specifically targeting areas such as Viman Nagar, Kharadi, and surrounding locations within a 15 km radius. Working hours are either from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM or from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Requirements
This opportunity is available exclusively to male candidates. A motorcycle is mandatory for commuting. Basic computer skills along with proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English are required.
Compensation
There are two salary structures to choose from:
- Option 1: Fixed salary of 20,000 INR per month plus a petrol allowance of 2,000 INR monthly.
- Option 2: 10% commission on every deal closed, along with a monthly petrol allowance of 2,500 INR.
Work Schedule and Leave
Employees will receive one weekly off which will not fall on Saturday or Sunday.
