Quality Data Analyst

Position Overview

This position is dedicated to delivering detailed data analysis to support various quality enhancement projects, initiatives, and reporting requirements within the healthcare system. The role involves data management, coordination, analysis, and report generation to provide prompt and effective information to multiple departments and leaders. The ultimate objective is to promote quality improvements and patient safety across the organization.

Work Environment and Schedule

• Facility: Administrative Regional Training Center
• Shift: Shift 1 (daytime hours)
• Work schedule: 8 AM to 4 PM with flexible hours logged as needed throughout the week
• Employment status: Part-time with benefits, 0.5 Full-Time Equivalent
• Bargaining Unit: ACE Associates
• Exemption from overtime: Non-exempt
• Environment includes typical office workplace with occasional exposure to mildly unpleasant physical conditions, requiring prolonged periods of walking and sitting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Healthcare Informatics, Information Management, Business Healthcare Administration, Business, or equivalent field
• Preference for candidates with a Master's degree in Data Science or Data Analytics
• Minimum three years' experience in healthcare-related data reporting and analysis
• Preference given to candidates with five years' experience within healthcare work environments

Skills and Abilities

• Proficient intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong written and interpersonal communication capabilities
• Professional attributes including leadership by example, excellent organization, prioritization, integration, and coordination skills
• Ability to generate reports and collect data efficiently using computer proficiency
