About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Office Manager based in New York City to join our Operations team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing comprehensive office operations and elevating the employee experience by taking charge of all administrative responsibilities. This is a full-time onsite position requiring presence at the NYC office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless daily office operations, including managing visitors, mailing, deliveries, parking arrangements, cleaning crew coordination, procurement and payment processing, office communications, and badge management.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and relevant US facility regulations.
  • Coordinate office relocations or reorganizations efficiently.
  • Manage the US office budget with accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, seasonal decorations, and catering aligned to a calendar.
  • Plan and execute both in-office and off-site events for NYC and Orlando locations.
  • Collaborate with travel coordinators and hotel contacts to enhance visitor experiences.
