Publican (Venue Manager) - Peel Alehouse

About The Role

We are seeking a passionate Publican to lead Peel Alehouse, a beloved local venue located near Rockingham, Western Australia. This venue is known for its quality food, warm service, and community-centered atmosphere, ideal for family gatherings, casual meetups, and special celebrations. As Publican, you will lead by example, creating memorable experiences that turn guests into regulars.

Physical Requirements

This position is hands-on and requires frequent manual handling including moving stock, kegs, and deliveries. Candidates must be capable of safely performing these physical tasks.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced hospitality professional who embodies the spirit and responsibility of running a successful pub.
• Current RSA and RSG/RCG certifications as required by state law.
