Position Overview
Lodestone House is seeking a committed Porter to support the smooth functioning of operations at Chartwells, working full time with a contractual commitment of 35 hours per week and 42 weeks per year. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the lobby and other public areas.
- Assist housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting staff with room setups and furniture relocation.
- Perform certain reception duties such as booking theatre tickets and making restaurant reservations.
- Respond promptly to customer requests as needed.
- Run errands as required.
- Ensure customer safety by placing or removing wet floor or paint signage.
