Key Responsibilities

• Maintain precise inventory records to guarantee stock availability for workshop needs.
• Source, process, and deliver parts within established timeframes to support operational efficiency.
• Oversee purchase orders, supplier liaison, and the accurate processing of invoices.
• Identify and swiftly resolve any discrepancies in stock records.
• Keep the parts storage areas organized, safe, and compliant with regulations.
• Facilitate effective parts control to support smooth maintenance activities.

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous background in parts interpreting, warehouse management, inventory control, or related areas.
• Proficient computer skills with experience using inventory management software.
• Ability to interpret parts catalogues and supplier data accurately.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Keen attention to detail and high accuracy standards.
