About the Role
Join Australia's premier manufacturer of specialised mining and road maintenance vehicles as a Parts Interpreter, located in Moranbah, Queensland. This pivotal position ensures that workshop teams receive the right parts promptly to maintain smooth fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain precise inventory records to guarantee stock availability for workshop needs.
- Source, process, and deliver parts within established timeframes to support operational efficiency.
- Oversee purchase orders, supplier liaison, and the accurate processing of invoices.
- Identify and swiftly resolve any discrepancies in stock records.
- Keep the parts storage areas organized, safe, and compliant with regulations.
- Facilitate effective parts control to support smooth maintenance activities.
Required Skills and Experience
- Previous background in parts interpreting, warehouse management, inventory control, or related areas.
- Proficient computer skills with experience using inventory management software.
- Ability to interpret parts catalogues and supplier data accurately.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Keen attention to detail and high accuracy standards.
- Capability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
