Position Overview
Join Pragmatike's client, an expanding AI consumer technology firm, as a Motion Designer specializing in Paid Social and Creative Growth. This remote, full-time contractor role requires fluent English and involves crafting compelling video advertisements that engage millions globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Create dynamic video ads and user-generated content styles optimized for paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Develop and refine creative concepts, storytelling hooks, and video narratives from ideation to final production.
- Produce content for emerging acquisition channels while experimenting with diverse creative styles ranging from polished motion graphics to native social media formats.
- Maintain a steady flow of creative assets for rapid testing and collaborate closely with growth marketers, producers, and acquisition teams to enhance campaign outcomes.
- Analyze creative performance data to optimize engagement and conversions, ensuring consistent visual branding and pioneering new creative directions.
- Suggest improvements to creative production workflows and elevate campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable expertise in motion graphics and video creation for digital marketing, particularly paid social advertising, backed by a robust portfolio.
- Advanced skills in After Effects, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other modern creative production platforms.
- Strong grasp of animation principles, composition, typography, color theory, pacing, and storytelling.
- Experience tailoring creatives for social media and short-form video, with a solid understanding of advertising strategies including hooks and calls-to-action.
- Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools for image, video, audio, or production is a plus.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced setting with minimal oversight and excellent communication skills in English.

- Background in creating high-performing paid acquisition creatives for consumer subscription services.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and ability to interpret creative performance metrics.
