About the Role
We are a rapidly expanding healthcare services provider in India committed to revolutionizing hospital management through digital innovation, patient-focused workflows, and data-informed administrative leadership. Our facilities cater to both urban and semi-urban regions with scalable care models. We are in search of a forward-thinking MD Hospital Administration to spearhead operational efficiency, financial stewardship, and compliance across our facilities.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage full hospital administrative functions encompassing patient logistics, bed utilization, billing systems, and compliance with regulations across multiple sites.
- Develop and deploy key performance indicators for both clinical and administrative units to enhance service quality, minimize wait times, and boost patient satisfaction.
- Supervise financial activities including budgeting, cost management, revenue cycle oversight, and processing insurance claims to align with organizational objectives.
- Ensure strict compliance with NABH, NABL, and relevant state health authority standards; administer audits, accreditations, and conduct staff training on compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with clinical leadership, HR, and IT departments to implement electronic health records, automate administrative tasks, and streamline operations.
- Serve as the primary liaison with government agencies, insurers, pharmaceutical vendors, and community stakeholders to reinforce hospital reputation and partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Hospital Administration or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Hands-on experience with NABH and NABL accreditation systems.
- Competence in hospital information systems and billing software such as Hospitall, Tally, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Proven expertise in financial planning and cost control within healthcare environments.
- Experience in staff scheduling, human resources collaboration, and establishing performance metrics in clinical settings.
- In-depth understanding of Indian healthcare regulations such as the Clinical Establishments Act and RTPC.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience managing multi-specialty hospitals with over 100 beds.
- Knowledge of telemedicine systems and HL7/FHIR interoperability standards.
- Demonstrated success in enhancing patient satisfaction scores or lowering patient dropout rates.
