Position Overview

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter / Recruitment Counsellor to join our team at SPHC, located at Motikunj Apartment, Mangalam Road, Bailey Road, Patna. This full-time, on-site role offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹12,000.

Key Duties

• Reach out to candidates using the company's database via phone calls.
• Provide detailed information about job roles, including salary, location, and responsibilities.
• Engage in counselling sessions to understand candidates' employment preferences.
• Perform initial telephonic screenings of potential candidates.
• Arrange interview schedules and maintain follow-up communication with candidates.
• Keep accurate records of candidate information and recruitment progress.
• Meet daily assigned calling and recruitment goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate level education is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Strong persuasion and counselling abilities.
• Comfortable making phone calls and handling inquiries from candidates.
• Basic computer skills are essential.
• A positive mindset with a goal-oriented work approach.
