Position Objective

Join the IT Service Center team in Pfullendorf and contribute to our international support network.
Main Duties
- Manage IT hotline requests by phone in both German and English, including thorough documentation of interactions.
- Provide 1st-level support by receiving and processing incidents and service requests via phone, email, or ticket system.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely or on-site at employees' workstations; install new hardware and software components as necessary.
- Assist employees in the effective utilization of our applications during their daily operations.
- Identify opportunities for process and environment optimization; actively participate in ongoing improvements.
- Handle small-scale projects related to the service desk, such as evaluations, rollouts, and standardizations.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration or similar technical qualification with IT-related continuing education.
- Strong commitment to service and a passion for delivering excellent customer support.
- Fluent verbal and written skills in both German and English.
