Role Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive HR Generalist with 1–2 years of experience to manage daily Human Resources administrative operations. The ideal candidate thrives on organization, precise execution, and supports employees effectively throughout their tenure.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee onboarding and manage new hire documentation
- Maintain and update accurate personnel files and employee records
- Process employee status changes including promotions and terminations
- Assist with benefits management and employee enrollment
- Handle leave requests and other HR-related paperwork
- Address employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures
- Ensure confidentiality and organization of HR records
- Support compliance efforts and manage HR documentation
- Assist with employee recognition and engagement programs
- Maintain employee data within Rippling HRIS and ensure accuracy through audits
- Generate and support HR reports for leadership and assist with workforce analytics
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports with Microsoft Excel
- Support recruiting administration and coordinate onboarding activities
- Track employee training and certification requirements
- Contribute to HR projects and departmental initiatives
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources or HR administrative roles
- Familiarity with Rippling HRIS (preferred)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace platforms
- Capacity to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience with onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records
- Competence in report creation and spreadsheet management
- Background working in multi-state operational settings is advantageous
