About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities efficiently
- Source and screen candidates to fit organizational requirements
- Coordinate with various job portals to attract talent
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Proficiency in using major job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and communication
- Capacity to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously
Compensation
The offered salary is ₹35,000 per month (CTC).
