Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle across the EMEA region, managing hiring processes from initial analysis to offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and support positions at all levels including senior leadership.
  • Handle recruitment for both high-volume and specialist roles through sourcing, headhunting, referrals, and advertising.
  • Engage passive candidates and maintain agency relationships when applicable.
  • Conduct screening and competency-based interviews, creating diverse and high-quality candidate shortlists.
  • Advise hiring managers on interview best practices and candidate selection.
  • Manage offer processes in coordination with HR and Reward teams to ensure effective candidate onboarding.

  • Work in partnership with HR, Talent Management, Reward, HR Operations, and Employee Relations teams to promote inclusive hiring.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 12 months recruitment experience, agency or in-house, with more experienced candidates preferred.
  • Proven end-to-end recruitment capability, including managing several vacancies simultaneously.
  • Strong skills in candidate sourcing, direct searching, and pipeline development.
  • Confident in stakeholder engagement and consulting with hiring managers.
  • Experience with candidate screening, interviewing, and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused and consultative approach.
  • Knowledge of employment law relevant to recruitment.
  • Experience with Workday, recruitment analytics, competency-based interviews, senior-level recruitment, or high-volume hiring is a plus.
  • Background in financial or professional services recruitment is advantageous, but not mandatory.

Additional Information

This role provides the opportunity to gain broad regional involvement within a major international company, ideal for agency recruiters transitioning to in-house roles or experienced internal recruiters seeking wider exposure across multiple EMEA markets.
