Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to oversee the comprehensive recruitment process and day-to-day HR functions at our organization. This role requires managing recruitment across all locations, collaborating with various managers, handling employee records, and fostering a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling interviews, conducting initial HR discussions, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely hiring closures.
- Liaise with Store Managers and Directors to identify manpower necessities and satisfy recruitment demands across locations.
- Manage daily HR operations such as employee documentation, onboarding coordination, attendance tracking, maintaining HR records, and updating employee databases.
- Supervise and mentor HR interns by assigning tasks, monitoring their progress, and providing ongoing support.
- Organize and implement employee engagement activities, team-building exercises, celebrations, and recognition programs to enhance workplace morale.
- Serve as the main HR contact point for employees and managers to facilitate clear communication and prompt resolution of HR queries.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, HR MIS reports, employee data, and other HR documentation with strict accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction to ensure new hires smoothly transition into their roles.
- Assist in employee lifecycle management including confirmations, transfers, promotions, and handling exit processes.
- Support enforcement of HR policies, standard operating procedures, and company regulations across all branches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and streamline operations.
- Generate periodic recruitment and HR reports, analyze hiring metrics, and update management on progress.
- Ensure adherence to company policies while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity of HR data and processes.
- Contribute to organizational growth by refining recruitment methods, HR processes, and employee engagement programs continuously.
