About the Role

Join Solastaa Hair & Skin Private Limited as an HR Intern based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. You will manage comprehensive recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, while also handling various HR operations including maintaining detailed employee records.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment tasks such as candidate sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and new employee onboarding.
• Oversee HR operational matters and ensure employee records are accurately maintained.
• Engage with employees regularly through one-on-one meetings to gather feedback, address concerns, and discuss growth opportunities.
• Cultivate strong relationships with employees to enhance their workplace experience.
• Organize and implement fun activities, celebrations, and team-building events to foster a lively company culture.
• Contribute to creating a positive and engaging working environment.
• Assist in formulating HR strategies and initiatives that support company objectives.
• Support efforts directed at employee development and the overall organizational growth.
