City Centre Rotana Doha is seeking motivated and dynamic professionals in the Food & Beverage sector to enhance their career trajectory. This full-time role as a Hostess requires an individual dedicated to delivering warm, professional hospitality in a vibrant hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently courteous, professional, and friendly service to all guests.
• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon their arrival at the designated outlet, escort them to their tables, and remain available throughout their visit as a primary contact point.
• Manage table reservations efficiently by handling the reservation book and professionally answering calls regarding bookings.
• Assist in preparing the outlet prior to opening hours in collaboration with the service team.
• Coordinate floor arrangements and seating plans based on reservation needs or table blocking with the service staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the outlet and entrance areas.
• Ensure guests’ comfort and well-being through attentive yet discreet engagement.
• Be well-versed with all menu items and ongoing promotions to effectively make recommendations upon guest inquiries.
• Support maintenance and updating of the outlet’s customer database.
• Verify guest satisfaction before they depart to guarantee a positive experience.

Education, Qualifications & Experience

The preferred candidate holds a diploma or degree in hospitality and has prior experience working in the Food & Beverage department of a hotel setting. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are essential. Proficiency in multiple languages is a valued asset. Politeness and refined demeanor are mandatory to successfully fulfill the role.
