About the Role
Travel Chapter, specialists in holiday home rentals, are recruiting a Homeowner Account Manager to support property owners in St Ives and nearby areas. This permanent position operates primarily from home and in the field, covering properties within about a 25-mile radius. While being based in St Ives is not mandatory, deep familiarity with the local market and community enhances success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for homeowners, advising them to elevate property performance and guest satisfaction.
- Analyze pricing, occupancy rates, and marketing performance to pinpoint growth opportunities.
- Provide recommendations based on data insights to maximize commercial returns.
- Ensure all property listings feature compelling descriptions, quality photography, and are fully optimized.
- Communicate insights clearly to build confidence in strategic decisions.
- Utilize digital tools to track trends and key performance indicators.
- Support homeowner retention efforts and contribute to portfolio growth.
- Work collaboratively with operations, commercial, and marketing teams.
Candidate Profile
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to establish trusting relationships.
- Comprehensive knowledge of St Ives and adjacent communities.
- Analytical expertise to interpret and present complex data effectively.
- Commercial acumen related to pricing strategies, marketing, and revenue management.
- Comfort with digital systems and software; Salesforce experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and work independently.
- Adaptability and a positive attitude amid a dynamic, seasonal business environment.
Additional Details
- Employment is Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
- Regular travel to nearby properties required; UK full driving license is mandatory.
