Full-Time Nanny/Mothers Help in Farnham Common

Position Overview

A family based in Farnham Common, SL2, is looking to hire a full-time nanny/mothers help to support with childcare and related duties. The role involves caregiving mainly for a 2.5-year-old boy, with a second child expected in November. This is a long-term position commencing as soon as possible.

Working Hours and Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide care for the toddler and newborn when arrived, both independently and alongside the mother.
• Support the mother at all times since she will not be returning to work.
• Occasionally stay for additional days to assist the mother when the father travels for work; these extra days are compensated separately.
• Engage the energetic toddler in activities such as walks, park visits, garden play, Lego building, Play-Doh, and drawing.
• Perform child-related tasks and chores; housekeeping is managed by a separate cleaner.
• Prepare meals suitable for the children.
• Drive the family vehicle confidently as a valid driver's license is required. The family provides an automatic duty car.

Requirements

• Previous experience in nannying and working with babies and toddlers is essential.
• Must be comfortable working alongside the mother and managing sole childcare when needed.
• Strong cooking skills and confident driving ability.
• Not suitable for candidates without children (NWOC).
• The household has no pets.
• Ofsted registration is not necessary.

Compensation

Salary offered is between £50,000 to £60,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications.
