Field Sales Executive

About the Company and Role

AGV Alfab Ltd is a façade contracting firm located in Vikaspuri, Delhi, specializing in aluminium doors, windows, and fenestration works. The company is seeking a Field Sales Executive to work mostly outside the office by engaging with construction sites, architectural offices, and builder offices throughout Delhi-NCR to generate new business leads and opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct daily visits to construction sites, architects, and builders across Delhi-NCR.
• Introduce the company's aluminium door, window, and fenestration services to potential clients.
• Gather detailed site information including the scope of work, project stage, and contact details.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of contacts from field visits.
• Regularly follow up with contacts to convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Provide daily and weekly reports to the office about visits, engagements, and next steps.
• Collaborate with office personnel to hand over leads for quotations and further processing.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of one year experience in field sales or business development; prior experience in construction or building material sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability and willingness to commute daily across the city; owning a two-wheeler is mandatory.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Confidence in dealing with architects, contractors, site engineers, and builders.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for reporting purposes.
• Organized and proactive in lead follow-up to ensure no opportunities are missed.

Preferred but Not Essential

• Prior relationships with architects, builders, or contractors in the Delhi-NCR region.
• Experience marketing and selling products like doors, windows, glass, aluminium, or similar construction materials.

Working Conditions and Schedule

• Location: Vikaspuri, Delhi (primarily field work).
• Workdays: Monday to Saturday.
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Candidate must have their own two-wheeler for commuting.
