Primary Responsibilities
- Efficiently organize and manage complex calendars across various time zones, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
- Prepare executives for meetings by compiling agendas, background documents, and tracking follow-up tasks
- Coordinate logistical details for meetings, offsite events, travel, and board activities
- Act as a liaison among executives, senior leadership, and external parties
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience supporting executives in a demanding, growth-driven environment
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain discretion, and demonstrate emotional intelligence
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail when managing multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills that balance honesty with empathy
- Self-driven and comfortable navigating unclear or evolving situations
