Director of Business Development

Role overview

We are looking for a senior business development leader to accelerate growth and win premium fit-out projects across the Emirates. This position is focused on restaurant and hospitality fit-out work in the UAE market, and success in the role depends on strong local relationships, proven sales performance, and deep market knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Source, present, and secure new restaurant and F&B fit-out opportunities so sales targets in the UAE are consistently exceeded.
• Use an established UAE network across F&B operators, hospitality groups, mall management teams, and developers to create immediate business leads.
• Lead the complete sales process, from the first discussion and tender submission through to negotiation and contract finalization.
• Work closely with the internal design and estimation functions to prepare persuasive, commercially strong proposals.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate brings more than 7 years of senior business development experience specifically in the F&B and restaurant fit-out sector. A major requirement is 3–5 years of recent, successful market experience in the UAE. You should also have a live and verifiable network of contacts within the UAE hospitality and F&B space, along with a solid grasp of local fit-out procedures, BOQs, and UAE municipal and civil defense requirements for F&B venues.
