Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will craft and execute a comprehensive digital strategy for Doha Festival City, aligning with its annual marketing agenda and business goals. This role emphasizes enhancing digital reach, engagement, foot traffic, and commercial outcomes while maintaining leadership in digital marketing standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing plans tailored for Festival City consistent with business objectives and marketing calendars.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage.
- Ensure digital efforts yield measurable ROI and uphold brand positioning.
- Manage social media content calendars, coordinate creative collaborations, and produce engaging short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Monitor community interaction and sentiment using social analytics tools, ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
- Oversee paid digital advertising campaigns across channels including Meta, Google, YouTube, and programmatic networks, optimizing performance and budget allocations.
- Identify and manage influencer partnerships and campaigns, evaluating their performance and fostering strategic relationships.
- Handle website updates, SEO strategies, campaign microsites, ensuring optimal user experience and accurate analytics.
- Support CRM-driven marketing efforts including targeted email/SMS campaigns and segmentation for personalized messaging.
- Manage content for mall digital screens and coordinate omnichannel campaign deployment.
- Collaborate closely with retailers and tenants to enhance digital marketing initiatives, promotional offers, and activations.
- Prepare performance analysis reports, dashboards, and present insights to senior leadership.
- Explore and integrate emerging digital and AI marketing technologies to improve content, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement.
- Partner with cross-functional internal teams and external agencies for seamless campaign delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Administer digital budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and identify technology partnerships that maximize exposure and efficiency.
- Engage in retailer meetings and presentations to support digital marketing objectives.
