Customer Retention Manager

Role Overview

This Operations role is for a Customer Retention Manager responsible for handling collections activity across Vijayawada, Machilipatnam, and Khammam.

Responsibilities

• Oversee debt collection processes and work toward the prompt recovery of overdue customer payments.
• Create and implement approaches that improve collection performance, cut down on payment delays, and raise recovery levels.
• Make sure all activities follow applicable regulations and that transaction records are kept complete and accurate.
• Use bucketing methods to group customers effectively according to risk levels.

Candidate Profile

• The ideal applicant should bring 3 to 5 years of experience in MFI business.
• Experience in MFI collections is preferred and eligible candidates from that background may apply.
• A graduate degree is required.
• A valid driving licence and a two-wheeler are mandatory.
