Role Overview
This Operations role is for a Customer Retention Manager responsible for handling collections activity across Vijayawada, Machilipatnam, and Khammam.
Responsibilities
- Oversee debt collection processes and work toward the prompt recovery of overdue customer payments.
- Create and implement approaches that improve collection performance, cut down on payment delays, and raise recovery levels.
- Make sure all activities follow applicable regulations and that transaction records are kept complete and accurate.
- Use bucketing methods to group customers effectively according to risk levels.
Candidate Profile
- The ideal applicant should bring 3 to 5 years of experience in MFI business.
- Experience in MFI collections is preferred and eligible candidates from that background may apply.
- A graduate degree is required.
- A valid driving licence and a two-wheeler are mandatory.
