About the Role
JUS Jumpin Kids Entertainment located in Sarath City Capital Mall, Hyderabad, is looking for a Counter Sales Executive to join their team. This role involves interacting with customers, managing transactions, and supporting the operations team to deliver a great experience to visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with ticket purchases and address their questions.
- Market memberships, party packages, and special promotions to customers.
- Process billing accurately, handling both cash and digital payment methods.
- Keep the sales counter organized and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Collaborate closely with the operations staff for seamless guest service.
Candidate Requirements
- Educational qualification of 10+2 or graduation.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Basic proficiency in computer operations.
- Open to candidates with or without prior experience.
- Available to work on weekends and in rotating shifts.
