About the Role

JUS Jumpin Kids Entertainment located in Sarath City Capital Mall, Hyderabad, is looking for a Counter Sales Executive to join their team. This role involves interacting with customers, managing transactions, and supporting the operations team to deliver a great experience to visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with ticket purchases and address their questions.
• Market memberships, party packages, and special promotions to customers.
• Process billing accurately, handling both cash and digital payment methods.
• Keep the sales counter organized and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Collaborate closely with the operations staff for seamless guest service.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational qualification of 10+2 or graduation.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Basic proficiency in computer operations.
• Open to candidates with or without prior experience.
• Available to work on weekends and in rotating shifts.
