Role Overview

We seek a Clinical Specialist to join our Cardiovascular team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves delivering expert clinical and technical support for electrophysiology products, including systems like the CARTO® platform and related technologies. The specialist will provide training and guidance to physicians and EP lab personnel, ensuring effective use of equipment during procedures and supporting sales objectives within the territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer expert clinical product support and technical training to physicians and lab teams on electrophysiology devices and software within the assigned region.
• Educate customers thoroughly on electrophysiology product use to maximize clinical outcomes and equipment utilization.
• Collaborate with colleagues to exchange best practices and enhance customer value delivery.
• Leverage consultative selling strategies to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Promote awareness of electrophysiology solutions and facilitate contact between Territory Sales Managers and key decision makers to grow business.
• Plan and schedule customer case support effectively to enhance service delivery.
• Maintain open communication with internal teams including sales, service, and support personnel to coordinate efforts and share insights.
• Build strong, ongoing relationships with medical staff including physicians, nurses, technicians, and hospital administration beyond just EP labs.
• Keep up to date with product instructions, troubleshooting techniques, clinical literature, and new device developments.
• Manage customer and practitioner requests promptly, maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.
• Provide mentoring to new team members as needed and perform necessary administrative duties, including documentation and compliance.
• Adhere to company health, safety, environmental and regulatory standards at all times.
• Other duties as assigned to support the business and patient care.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Biomedical Engineering, Cardiovascular Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working in the cardiovascular sector, particularly within electrophysiology or cardiac rhythm management.
• Demonstrated experience providing direct patient support in catheterization lab settings.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Flexibility to support physicians and patients at any time, including handling emergent cases.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (over 80%) within the region.
