Role overview

Arima Health is looking for a Clinic Administrator to help keep everyday operations on track and ensure internal work moves forward efficiently. In this position, you will support scheduling, documentation, coordination, and follow-through across teams so patients and clinicians receive a smooth experience.

What you will do

Handle incoming operational tasks, sort priorities, and see items through to completion
Keep recurring process documents, checklists, and tracking tools current
Support scheduling activity, reminders, and internal follow-ups
Assist with patient and clinician operations as needed
Maintain well-organized systems and accurate information
Spot workflow issues and contribute ideas for improving processes

What the team is looking for

At least 2 years of experience in administration, operations, or coordination
Strong organizational ability and careful attention to detail
Clear written communication skills and comfort working across teams
Ability to learn new tools and procedures quickly
Dependable execution with a high sense of accountability

Preferred experience

Background in healthcare operations or clinic administration
Experience working in virtual healthcare or telehealth settings
