Role overview
Arima Health is looking for a Clinic Administrator to help keep everyday operations on track and ensure internal work moves forward efficiently. In this position, you will support scheduling, documentation, coordination, and follow-through across teams so patients and clinicians receive a smooth experience.
What you will do
- Handle incoming operational tasks, sort priorities, and see items through to completion
- Keep recurring process documents, checklists, and tracking tools current
- Support scheduling activity, reminders, and internal follow-ups
- Assist with patient and clinician operations as needed
- Maintain well-organized systems and accurate information
- Spot workflow issues and contribute ideas for improving processes
What the team is looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in administration, operations, or coordination
- Strong organizational ability and careful attention to detail
- Clear written communication skills and comfort working across teams
- Ability to learn new tools and procedures quickly
- Dependable execution with a high sense of accountability
