Job Overview
The Energy System Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing project execution in alignment with company policies, contractual obligations, quality benchmarks, health, safety, and environmental regulations, along with managing financial and schedule objectives. This role supports continuous process enhancements to optimize project delivery efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the project team by defining execution strategies and managing all phases including hand-over, planning, monitoring, and controlling activities utilizing internal and external resources to meet project objectives.
- Track project progress and ensure effective resource allocation. Manage financial aspects such as invoicing, budgeting, expense monitoring, and cash flow oversight.
- Identify and manage risks and opportunities associated with the project, driving formal project acceptance and contract closure with customer acknowledgment.
- Coordinate procurement of necessary services, materials, and equipment from both internal and external vendors, supporting negotiations, handling claims and managing changes within the project.
- Maintain robust relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery.
- Serve as the primary customer contact and escalation point for project-related issues.
- Operate independently, with general supervision, applying practical expertise in the relevant field and influencing peers through clear communication of policies and practices.
- Address complex but generally manageable problems, ensuring adherence to both external and internal regulations, guidelines, and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience in project management or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic languages is essential.
