ABML operates in a highly regulated environment under SEBI, RBI, AMFI, FMC, IRDA, and other authorities, facing oversight from stock exchanges and depositories. The competitive market includes national and local broking firms such as ICICI Securities, Kotak Securities, Zerodha, and others.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase branch client base, revenues, and market share.
- Expand pool of Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI), large self-traders, and corporate clients leveraging personal and team networks.
- Maintain dealer productivity as per set standards.
- Manage relationships with high-net-worth and corporate investors.
- Promote cross-selling of Aditya Birla Capital's diverse products to meet client needs and enhance profitability.

- Manage transition of clients to digital platforms and enhance dealer productivity by targeting large traders and HNI funding.
- Achieve multi-product sales targets with ongoing training for branch employees, activating inactive clients through alternative products.
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, secure branch assets, ensure compliance with risk and statutory policies, and lead team motivation.
- Plan and execute local client engagement activities including referral programs and research-based advisory services, monitor market trends, and ensure updated client records and prompt query resolution.
- Ensure full compliance with KYC norms and regulatory policies.
- Develop and sustain a proactive, sales-driven team through continuous skill enhancement, competition analysis, engagement, and reducing attrition.
