Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Formulate and regularly update the strategy for the program portfolio, ensuring it aligns with the company's strategic direction.
• Assess and prioritize various programs in the portfolio, managing resource distribution and investment decisions effectively.
• Oversee the execution and delivery of multiple programs to ensure successful outcomes.
• Identify portfolio-wide risks and challenges, implementing mitigation measures accordingly.
• Provide timely updates and performance reports to executive stakeholders, offering recommendations as needed.
• Lead and manage a team of program managers, facilitating collaboration across functions.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess client satisfaction and capture best practices.
• Manage workloads of project managers and analysts, anticipating and resolving potential issues.
• Support product development planning including quarterly operating plans, roadmaps, and release schedules.

Qualification & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related disciplines.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CSM, PMI, or PRINCE2 are required.
• Broad and substantial experience in program and portfolio management roles.
• Strong leadership aptitude and capacity to manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in using project and portfolio management tools and established methodologies.
