Key Duties

• Greet visitors and ensure they receive excellent customer service.
• Help guests choose, book, and operate arcade games.
• Clearly communicate game instructions and promote a safe, enjoyable gaming environment.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and visual appeal of the arcade space.
• Regularly check that all arcade machines function correctly and promptly report any technical problems.
• Address guest questions and concerns with professionalism and politeness.
• Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the arcade while upholding the resort's service quality standards.

Candidate Profile
