This position is based in Crestmead, Queensland, with some travel required (up to 20% domestically and occasional travel to New Zealand).

Role Overview

This impactful and commercially focused position is designed for individuals who excel in customer and dealer interaction and aim to directly enhance aftermarket performance. As an Aftermarket Sales Specialist within the Construction & Forestry team, you will manage and grow parts, service, and aftermarket performance through the dealer network. Collaborating closely with dealers and internal teams, your aim will be to uncover growth areas and improve aftermarket effectiveness and outcomes. Starting with strengthening core aspects, the role evolves to leading growth across various aftermarket categories as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Boost aftermarket revenue by improving parts and service results.
  • Work alongside dealers to create and implement growth strategies.
  • Use data analysis and dealer insights to spot opportunities and eliminate obstacles.
  • Enhance inventory management and profitability through strategic planning.
  • Assist in developing and refining aftermarket programs and pricing strategies.
  • Foster dealer engagement and communication to maximize uptake of programs.
