Affiliate Sales Associate

Role Overview

As an affiliate sales associate based onsite, you will be essential in ensuring smooth affiliate store operations, accurate order processing, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent coordination, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities efficiently. Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures of affiliate stores.
• Consistently surpass KPIs such as Average Assign Time, Preparation Time, and Dispatch Time, while maintaining delivery and accuracy ratings exceeding 4.7%.
• Reduce out-of-stock order cancellations by offering appropriate product substitutions when necessary.
• Work closely with delivery riders and vendors to ensure operational efficiency.
• Keep affiliate system data, promotional content, and deals up to date.
• Identify and resolve issues with the affiliate system promptly.
• Act as the primary contact for affiliate partners, providing quick and effective communication and support.
• Generate and analyze regular and on-demand performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Perform various administrative duties related to affiliate operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in store fulfillment, coordination, or affiliate-related roles.
• Proficient computer skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational capabilities with effective multi-tasking and prioritization.
• Goal-driven mindset coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
