Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser and Order Writer

Job Overview

Become part of Mondelēz International's mission to shape the future of snacking as a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser and Order Writer. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that Nabisco products like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit are well-stocked and attractively displayed in stores while building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the face of Mondelēz to in-store staff and collaborate with sales reps to maximize product placement and promotional displays.
• Execute store visits following Mondelēz's DSD Merchandising Steps, including photographing displays at assigned locations.
• Use an iPad to place product orders to maintain stock levels for shelves and displays.
• Maintain brand standards by ensuring leading Nabisco products are properly represented, stocked, and organized.
• Confirm adherence to negotiated plans made by Sales Representatives with store management, reporting any inconsistencies to company leadership.
• Follow daily schedules established by the merchandising manager for effective in-store servicing.
• Support seasonal sales campaigns, product launches, and seasonal displays enhancements.
• Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic demeanor when interacting with store personnel.

Candidate Profile

• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID due to access requirements for servicing a military base facility.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-driven with a professional and upbeat attitude, able to work independently.
• Possession of a personal vehicle for travel to various store sites (mileage reimbursed).
• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs.
• Prior experience in retail or grocery environments is advantageous.
• Reside within 25 to 35 miles of the main location in Madison, AL, with Athens, AL as secondary location.
• Availability to work Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
