About the internship
This internship is centered on customer support for an event-tech platform that helps manage ticketing, distribution, analytics, and audience engagement for large and small entertainment events across India. What you will do
- Respond to end-user support requests through chat, email, and phone calls.
- Guide event organizers through platform usage and help resolve product-related issues.
- Work closely with internal tech and operations teams while events are live to keep support running smoothly.
- Keep daily support records updated and follow the company’s established support workflow.
