About the internship
The Affordable Organic Store is seeking a customer service/customer support intern for a part-time, work-from-home role. This opportunity is suited to someone who enjoys helping customers, communicates well in English and Hindi, and is comfortable working with MS Excel. The role offers practical exposure in a growing organic retail business focused on affordable, eco-friendly gardening and sustainable living products.
What you will do
- Support customers over phone, email, and chat while resolving queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Keep customer conversations and transaction details organised and accurate using MS Excel.
- Work closely with the team to deliver a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Spot process improvements and share practical, fresh ideas to make service better.
- Adjust quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Build product knowledge by learning continuously about organic products and market trends.
- Help maintain a positive team culture and reflect the organisation’s focus on sustainability and affordability.
