Job Location and Experience
This opportunity is based in Navi Mumbai, India, and targets professionals with 5 to 12 years of experience.
Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients to capture their reporting needs and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and implement Workday reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer and other analytical tools, ensuring compliance with governance and security guidelines.
- Validate and reconcile report data to maintain accuracy and integrity against source systems.
- Manage and prioritize HR reporting requests to deliver timely updates and set clear client expectations.
- Advise clients on optimizing Workday reporting features and functionalities.
- Document and maintain reporting procedures, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), job aids, and training materials.
- Analyze data to build self-service tools assessing data quality and reliability within client environments.
- Lead workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfers to enhance client team competencies in Workday reporting.
- Interpret client data trends and provide insights to improve HR decision-making and continuous process enhancements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues, deliver solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay current with Workday updates and enhancements to guide clients in leveraging new reporting capabilities.
- Contribute to developing best practices, methodologies, and tools supporting Workday reporting services.
Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Between 5 to 9 years of hands-on experience with Workday reporting and analytics.
- Proven ability in crafting and deploying complex reports and dashboards within Workday.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical details to non-technical audiences.
- Workday certifications in reporting or comparable areas are preferred.
- Familiarity with Workday Prism Analytics and Discovery Boards.
- Effective multitasking skills with the ability to manage numerous client engagements simultaneously.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a service-centered approach.
- Excellent analytical, prioritization, problem-solving, project management, and planning competencies.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
