Learning and Development Specialist

Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Learning & Development Specialist to become an integral part of our team with the mission of fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning. Reporting directly to the Organizational & Performance Development Manager, the successful candidate will be tasked with designing, executing, and refining comprehensive learning initiatives that empower employees, boost performance, and promote career advancement throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform training needs assessments and identify skill gaps across departments.
• Create, deliver, and assess training programs including onboarding, induction, leadership, and talent development initiatives.
• Develop compelling learning materials utilizing instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, coaching, and practical on-the-job training.
• Oversee training schedules, coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, and maintain learning assets.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of programs by generating reports, dashboards, and capability metrics.
• Assist with succession planning, performance enhancement, and employee growth initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
• At least five years of experience in Learning & Development or related functions.
• Proficiency in instructional design, adult learning theories, e-learning tools, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong skills in facilitation, presentation, project management, and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
