Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and stock efficiently to support ongoing operations.
• Prepare billing, invoicing, and generate E-Way Bills as required.
• Coordinate logistics and dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Operate ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for data recording and analysis.
• Create MIS reports and maintain thorough documentation.
• Oversee proper storage practices, ensure safety protocols, and comply with warehouse regulations.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Experience working with large-scale inventory management.
• Familiarity with GST documentation and E-Way Bill procedures.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to perform well in a dynamic and fast-moving warehouse environment.
